1. Identity and address of the data controller

Guzmor Servicios Aduanales, with address at Gabilondo 150, Kennedy, 84066 Heroica Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of personal data you provide, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

2. Personal data we collect

For the purposes described in this notice, we collect:

  • Identification: name, legal entity name, tax ID (RFC).
  • Contact: email, phone, fiscal address.
  • Operational data: merchandise information, customs declarations, permits and documentation required for clearance.
  • Navigation data: IP address, browser type, pages visited on this site (via analytics cookies if enabled in the future).

We do not collect sensitive personal data (racial or ethnic origin, health status, beliefs, sexual preferences, political opinions).

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for our relationship):

  • Handle quote requests and commercial follow-up.
  • Provide customs broker services: classification, declarations, clearance, and delivery.
  • Comply with tax, customs, and international trade obligations before SAT, ANAM, and other authorities.
  • Invoicing and collections.
  • Maintain operation records for the period required by regulations.

Secondary purposes (not necessary, require tacit consent):

  • Sending informative communications about regulatory updates and services.
  • Internal evaluation of our service quality.

If you do not wish your data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may state so at any time by writing to informacion@guzmor.com.mx.

4. Data transfers

Your data may be transferred to competent authorities (SAT, ANAM, domestic and foreign customs authorities) when the operation or the law requires it, without requiring your consent, per Article 37 of the LFPDPPP. Also to carriers and warehouse operators solely for the physical delivery of merchandise.

We do not sell or assign your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. ARCO rights and consent revocation

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data, and to revoke any consent granted. To exercise these rights:

  • Send your request to informacion@guzmor.com.mx.
  • Include your full name, a copy of official ID, and a clear description of the right you are exercising.
  • We will respond within 20 business days.

6. Security measures

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. Our GTS and GOES systems operate under access controls with individual credentials.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This site may use cookies strictly necessary for its operation (language preference). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will announce it in this notice.

8. Changes to this notice

We reserve the right to update this notice. Any modification will be published on this page with the "last updated" date. If changes are substantial, we will notify you through the contact channels you have registered with us.
